We accept bookings by phone. Some of our cottages are also available through Booking.com, and some through private reservation.
No. We handle bookings both through Booking.com and directly by phone. Some cottages are available through the online system, and some through private reservation.
Yes, a 30% deposit of the total stay value is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. In justified cases, it may be possible to change the stay dates after contacting us in advance.

The price includes water, electricity, bedding, towels, and parking (up to 2 cars per cottage).
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the cottages.
Yes, but only after prior arrangement with the owner.
No, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the stay.

Yes, a local climate tax applies according to local rates, along with a pet fee (30 PLN/night) and a fee for each person above 6 guests (80 PLN/night).
