Get to know our rules
- § 1The stay begins at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 in the morning on the day of departure.
- § 2Reservations are accepted by phone.
- § 3A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. If the booked cottage is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
- § 4Fees are not reduced or refunded if a guest leaves of their own accord during the stay.
- § 5Payment for the stay is due in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival.
- § 6The price includes: water, parking (maximum 2 cars), bedding, towels – 1 large, 1 small.
- § 7The cottage price includes the electricity charge.
- § 8Guests renting the cottage bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the furnishings caused by their fault.
- § 9Please report any faults at the resort reception or to the maintenance technician.
- § 10Please report any faults noticed by guests immediately.
- § 11The owner of "Domki na Pniu" is not liable for items lost or left unattended.
- § 12Smoking is completely prohibited in the cottages and rooms.
- § 13Guests are required to comply with fire safety regulations.
- § 14Parents or guardians are required to supervise children throughout the entire resort.
- § 15Visitors may stay on the resort grounds after arranging it with the resort owner.
- § 16By providing parking spaces, the resort owner accepts no responsibility for theft, vehicle damage or other losses.
- § 17On the day of departure, the rooms must be left in the same condition as found on the day of arrival.
- § 18For each person above 6 people in a cottage we charge an additional fee of 80 PLN/night.
